Acoplaster F
Acoplaster is a smooth acoustic plaster system with the finest surface finish on the market. The structure of the system consists of two components: A non-combustible mineral wool panel and an acoustic plaster top layer. The acoustic plaster material is applied in a total thickness of 35 mm (3 mm panel adhesive, 30 mm mineral wool, 2 mm plaster layer).
The various layers are applied in several process steps. First, the panel material is glued and applied over the entire surface of the plasterboard or directly to the building structure. The plaster layer is then applied. Once the plaster has dried, it is sanded down to correct any unevenness. Any damage that occurs later can be easily and invisibly repaired by applying some additional material and sanding it down again once it has dried.
This product can be used on almost any surface, even in swimming pools thanks to its hygroscopic properties. The weight after application is 7-8 kg/m2.
